Sweep
The short version. Sweep is free to play and shows ads. Your progress and coins live on your phone; coins are part of the game and are worth nothing outside it. Please play fair, keep the feedback box kind, and remember the game comes as it is. Your rights under the consumer laws where you live are not affected by anything here.
These terms are an agreement between you and 5secStudio ("we", "us") about the game Sweep. By installing or playing Sweep you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Sweep on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its levels, art, sounds and code belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. You may not copy, sell, rent, or redistribute the game, or reverse-engineer, decompile or modify it, except where the law allows you to regardless of this sentence.
Coins, stars, hearts, revives and worlds are features of the game, not property. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything else of value, and cannot be transferred or sold. Sweep has no in-app purchases; if we add them, these terms will be updated first.
Your progress is saved on your device. We keep no account for you, so we cannot restore progress that is lost — for example when the app's data is cleared — although Android may restore it from your own device backup. We may rebalance the game from time to time, which can change what coins buy or how levels play.
Sweep is paid for by ads, served by Unity through its LevelPlay mediation. Some ads are optional, such as a short video you can choose to watch for an extra heart. Ads and the sites or apps they lead to belong to their advertisers; we do not control them and are not responsible for them. How ad partners use data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Please do not use the game to break the law, or tamper with it in ways that harm the game, us or other people — for example by attacking our servers, interfering with ads or analytics, or distributing modified copies.
The feedback box sends your note straight to the developer. Please keep it respectful and lawful, and do not include personal details — ours or anyone else's. If you send an idea or suggestion, you agree that we may use it to improve Sweep without owing you anything for it. Notes are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains what the game collects and why. It is part of these terms.
We may update Sweep, change or remove features, or stop offering the game, at any time. We may also change these terms; when we do, we will update this page and its effective date. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply. If you do not agree to them, stop using the game and uninstall it.
We make Sweep with care, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of Sweep. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, and nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
Sweep is not directed at children under 13.
You can end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the game. If you break these terms, your licence to play ends.
